Bill Clinton can reach voters like no other Democrat, though Barack Obama is more eloquent, Bill Clinton is able to penetrate to the core of voters' concerns like no other.

1. He could explain complex issues to voters so that understood what it meant TO THEM.

2. He built a "rapid response" team that was on the lies and garbage the GOP was spewing almost as soon as it left their lying lips. (something that is sorely missing today). Whatever the GOP would say, truth or lies but especially lies, the Clinton team had a response that hit the airwaves within hours or certainly within 24 hours.
