New Putin video - how's he look to you?

The former dictator of Turkmenistan (and head of the legislature and father of the current dictator) is in Moscow for a couple of days and met with Putin.

The Turkmen official news has extended video of the meeting starting at 2:01-

He looks a little twitchier than previously, and has a bad makeup game going on. Just fidgeting?

But he has the general feel of someone who has been having a few rough days.

3. I think it is Parkinson's Disease.

4. His Parkinsons is more advanced than what they are reporting and as far as the pancreatic cancer,

my dad died quickly from it, there is no treatment or cure.

6. I watched a few minutes...Putin said nothing. He looks rather sedated.

Almost no discernable body movements, in the few minutes that I watched. No idea what they talked about, but it was one hellacious monotone monologue.

7. The Turkmen state news is like that

Whenever Gurbanguly or his son meet with someone, the video is usually trimmed down to their speaking parts.

I have no idea what they are talking about either. Skimming the Turkmen news is an odd hobby I picked up because, long story short, it's a very weird but visually interesting place.

It's often called the North Korea of Central Asia, but to be frank, Kim Jong Un is more likeable.

Bad!

Tremors on his right side .... hand and foot, his face is very bloated and heavily made up,
he has the gonna die soon neck drop, and he is struggling to make it look like he is paying attention.

10. The "gonna die soon neck drop"...

Okay, you got me with that one. I googled the term and didn’t find much in the way of literature on that. But I am fascinated to know what that is.

Perhaps a better name, like Marie Antoinette Syndrome, would help, depending on just what this symptom might entail.

11. Towards the end the muscles on the back of the neck and across the back of the shoulders start to ..

... go causing the head to tilt forward. It looked like Putin was putting a lot of effort into keeping his
head up. And his tremors from both feet and his right hand which he tried to hide were there.
