I'm sure they're so scared...

Elon's also changed his title to "Twitter Complaint Hotline Operator" - after he was called that to ridicule him for responding instantly to whining by RW politicians and pundits - and changed his location to "Hell" - which is what he made it.
But he's so cute, especially with the profile photo of Itty Bitty Baby Elon.

If he's whacked enough to call out those who leave, what if advertisers stay?
Will he call them out for not spending at the same or higher levels?

At least people are posting dozens of Musk/Twitter threads instead of the usual 'what trump is doing today' threads.

Pretty clear the right sees twitter as their newest propaganda outlet and musk as providing murdoch-like assistance.

(14,752 posts)I think it's called extortion.
The common name for it though is stupid.
If I were planning a marketing budget, would I put a line item for a guy who is threatening his customers?

(50,557 posts)Is a thermonuclear name and shame anything like double secret probation?
Lets cut to the chase: if Im responsible for placing millions of dollars of ad spending, I am NOT going to buy 4chan
and that seems to be what Musk wants to turn Twitter into. Musks thermonuclear name and shame could very well be the catalyst to a mass Twitter advertising exodus. MAYBE hell get lots of people selling Bakker Buckets, gun holsters and water purifiers, but it would take a lot of MRE dealers to equal Fords spending.
The big question is, how long are the people whose $44 million bought Twitter going to let this go on?

He's a bully, and an abuser. I'm glad I don't know him in real life.
