I’m not going to comment on the election, but good does not always, or even usually, triumph over evil. The state of the world says otherwise.

It’s certainly understandable why many people believe that good triumphs over evil.

I wasn’t one of the ten thousand or so people who died of starvation today because, for whatever reason, they were undeserving of food. So, sure, things went well for me today.

You "think" good triumphs over evil. You don't know it.

Because it's just not true. In most of the world, evil is thriving, quite well. North Korea is but one example. There are more.

It's easy for you to say good will triumph over evil from your position of privilege. Most people in this world aren't so lucky.

How much of your gross income do you donate to others less fortunate?

My guess is the amount is pretty low because you don't want to sacrifice your current standard of living for the betterment of others.

One can tell just how much a person feels about an issue by what they do in response to it. People like televangelists talk a good talk but if you look at their life, it's easy to see they are billshit artists

A line from the Darth Vader character played by Rick Moranis:

“Evil will always win out over Good because Good is dumb.”
