"As Biden's approval rating plummets, Pennsylvania crime spikes, and Pennsylvanians grapple with a 74 percent hike in heating oil, coupled with record inflation, just weeks away from winter," Trump's office said in a statement.

I hear this being said not only by Trump but echoed in the non-fascist news media as well. According to FiveThirtyEight, Biden's rating has been flat for the last sixty days after RISING 5 points since mid July. It is still higher than Reagan's was at the same time in his Presidency.
Why is this not being reported? Why?????
PS. He has done an incredible job as President.

Thus the normalization of coup plotting and election denying as equal to democracy and election acceptance, you know, as it had been for every other election.

(61,634 posts)I've had occasion to meet some of them and listen to them speak. They smirk a lot. They thought Trump was hilarious. They couldn't be bothered to be worried or feel any responsibility. It's all a game and they think they're the smartest people in the room. Their attitude is entitled, superior, nihilistic.
Imagine a bunch of Brett Kavanaughs running the media.

(9,074 posts)When Biden's approval ticked up to low-mid 40s, I saw it discussed in the media. They were talking about his administration's turn around. (I think it started when the Inflation Reduction Act passed). It feels that 43 number has been settled upon for at least a month now. There's some variation. Outliers at 38 or 47 or whatever, but 43 is about where it's been.
The only veering away from that I really see is what his approval is in individual states, because it may impact the races there. In some battleground states, he's a bit lower than the national average, and the media ask if it's a drag on the candidates there.
But I haven't seen any characterization that his rate has plummeted in any way in recent weeks.
