2. Republicans vote on Election Day

It's become part of their belief system, just like they vote in person instead of absentee.

...but a large swath of them also have resumed their absentee voting habits like they did pre-COVID (e.g., if you think Republicans don't vote absentee, check the FL early vote totals).

So, yes, this absolutely is good news for Democrats. It doesn't mean that we should let our foot off the gas or become complacent, but it is a sign that our efforts are working and we should keep them up and follow them through, all the way through Election Day. The more votes that we bank during early voting and no longer have to worry about getting them out to vote, the more we can devote time to GOTV efforts for those that have not yet voted and/or may be otherwise inclined to sit out a midterm like this.

7. Some people here think the opposite

They think some Democrats will stay home because of doom and gloom. Personally, I don't think anyone is staying home when they know that their candidate is within 5 points of the other (either up or down).

10. It doesn't seem like the Republicans are super enthused this year.

I know, I know, most are waiting to vote on 11/8, but it seems like we would have seen more evidence of a "red wave" by now.

I wonder how much of this has to do with Chump not being on the ballot or in the White House.

12. Don't forget, absentee ballots are counted last in Pa.

We don't have early voting other than absentee ballots.

This is why the Magats plan to claim voter fraud in Philadelphia. Be ready for the rat fucking.
