retained a stake in Mush's Twitter (albeit smaller than the Saudi holding)?

What was his incentive for turning down the vastly overpriced buyout? What was he promised, what was his angle? Twitter was NEVER going to do well enough for him to do better than that. He was permanently throwing that money away by turning down that opportunity.
