My great grandfather, grandfather, father and I am/were alcoholics. I quit drinking decades ago, but I am still an alcoholic, and believe that I am a single drink from falling back into the bottle. It scares me sober.

The failure of MAGAS is that they want someone else to take responsibility for their personal failures. They need a big daddy figure to keep evil away from them and grant them special privileges, because they are the chosen ones and they deserve it. They know that other races or religions are the cause of their lack of success; they want to be granted the right to hate them. It is a weakness of character.

Republicans promise them the world, but will only deliver oppression and poverty, and scapegoats for both.

We get the government that we deserve. We will know what that will look like in 24 hours.
