Congress and SCOTUS - legislate by lawsuit?

Biden will have veto power, but a red Congress could bring all sorts of lawsuits before the red SCOTUS, and reinterpret all sorts of constitutional rights. Thoughts?

1. My thought is that you're right. That's the GOP's plan.

I think they plan to keep filing lawsuits that are custom-designed to be elevated to the Supreme Court, where the right-wing ayatollahs on the bench will use each one as a pretext for yet another grotesquely perverse misreading of the Construction.
