Anybody else getting constant bogus texts about their PayPal account?

I don't even HAVE a PayPal account, and I've been getting non-stop texts that it's "limited" due to suspicious activity.

I keep blocking them, and they keep coming.

It's starting to really annoy me!!

Why am I spending money for a device that serves to irritate me more than help me?

Or, at least it's starting to feel that way.....

and I keep getting invoices for bitcoin type stuff.
Paypal told me as long as I don't pay the invoice, it won't get deducted from my account.

by one of the worst humans on earth, Peter Thiel, so I also removed all my bank cards so I guess I should just delete the account now.

What I get are endless phone calls that a $999 iPhone has been charged to me on my Amazon account...

However now I'm getting tons of "McAfee" pop ups now about protecting my computer. And since I
use MacKeeper for my clean up and anti hack stuff I pay them no mind

I am using Microsoft Defender now and Malwarebytes. Hoping that is enough.

...the horror storis from Paypal. World's absolute worst customer service. Many horror stories of funds seized, no recourse, etc. It happened to me. Extremely frustrating.

It was a good idea. But mucked up.

It's really low brow too. The email address is always some stolen or random mess that has nothing to do with Paypal.

emails from specified addresses to a holding bag, and those older than 30 days get burned.

I never see them, unless I wish to wade through the crapolla.

I’ve been getting are auto-renewal email notices for McCafee anti-virus for $300+. It says ‘Call if you want to cancel”. Obvious scam.
