8. Chris Hayes said Vance would see

about 10-12% less vote than DeWine. Not sure where he got those numbers, but if it's accurate then Ryan has an outside shot.

As to his campaign strategy, he couldn't have run away further and faster from Biden had Biden morphed into a Grizzly bear. Seemed logical at the time but I wonder if that will end up costing him more votes than he would have gained otherwise.
