And, honestly, this particular result has been confusing (as ballot initiatives often can be).

Is the pro-choice vote winning or losing? Make it simple for us.

It is hard to know exactly where the vote is coming from.

So the pro-choice side is up by 11 points with half the vote in.

Voting No is the correct response, and the same company that ran the commercial in Kansas ran them here too.

It’s up over ten percent with a bit over 50 percent in.

Check your post #3 then #4...Switched/reversed by 10%????

So a no favors free to choose, and a yes favors "pro life"???

I tried to word my post to make it clear, and that included editing my original language.

A no vote is the pro-choice side. A yes vote is the anti-choice side.

And, yeah, I started to get scatter-brained as I was providing updated vote totals, and sometimes editing them. I accidentally reversed yes and no. I just edited those posts to correctly reflect the numbers.

...that reads "To protect human life, nothing in this Constitution shall be construed to secure or protect a right to abortion or require the funding of abortion?"

Not sure where the other poster's numbers are coming from but here are the current vote tallies:

No - 521,354 54.71%

Yes - 431,592 45.29%

61% of precincts reporting.

My numbers are from the AP.

I accidentally reversed yes and no in a couple of my posts above. I edited those posts to correct that.
