...to drop their ballots off today (which would count as mail-in), so there is apparently a huge number of outstanding (Democratic-leaning) ballots out there that have not been counted yet. It's apparently the reason for the red mirage earlier, when there were reports of huge Election Day turnout; it wasn't because there was an impending red wave -- as we've since see pretty much everywhere! -- but it was because so many Democrats voted by mail and drop-off rather than mailing it in ahead of time or voting in-person on Election Day.
