Oregon passes Measure 114, one of strictest gun control measures in U.S.

Three changes would occur under Measure 114: Oregonians would be required to get a permit to buy a gun. A background check would have to be completed before a sale or transfer of a gun occurred. It would ban the sale or transfer of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition.
