...pronounce democracy properly. How pathetic is this?

I happened upon a David Pakman clip that showed Walker saying "demarkacy" or "demargacy." And it wasn't a slip of the tongue. He said it this way 3 times in a row in maybe 5 sentences total.

I think he's probably like Brett Farve. I suspect he has CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy). It can only be diagnosed on autopsy but honestly you can kind of tell something is going on up there.
