'When I took the ballot out of the envelope, it was already filled out -- all the Republicans'

https://www.yahoo.com/news/took-ballot-envelope-already-filled-071116113.html

Ah, Sedgwick County, where your election ballot might come pre-marked for the Republican candidates.

That actually happened Tuesday to Scott Colby, a resident of east Wichita.

When he went to his polling place, at Wichita Brewing Company, he asked to vote on a paper ballot instead of a machine, as has been his habit for many years.

They handed him a ballot in a privacy envelope. When he sat down at the table to vote, he got a big surprise.

“When I took the ballot out of the envelope, it was already filled out — all the Republicans,” he said.

If it's just one voter I'd guess it's someone elses ballot that was meant to be spoiled Hugh_Lebowski Nov 2022 #3

I worked in a vote center in CA. Tuesday, 5 of us processed 650 voters and probably accepted another 700 vote by mail envelopes. To keep the lines moving we rotated jobs to relieve the bottleneck at any given time. It got hectic, and although we were required to take breaks including an hour break for lunch, I started at 6am and finally took a lunch break at 3pm, realizing I was developing brain fog. If the center in Kansas was busy, possible a completed ballot didn't make its way to the ballot box and got into the unfilled ballot pile, or it was supposed to be a spoiled ballot and a worker was distracted by a voter's question. I assume the person to whom this happened simply asked for a new ballot. Not great, but easily fixable

And the poll workers just made a mistake/didn't put it into the 'spoiled' bin in a timely manner, someone else accidentally grabbed it w/o looking that it was blank.

If we hear of a bunch of this happening, that'll be different.

This would be clear evidence of election fraud, and worthy of MSM coverage.
