Boehner, maybe. What can you say about a man whose goal in life is to get rid of an "entitlement"? One that he had benefited from personally?

Neither Paul Ryan or John Boehner spent a 4th of July in Moscow and maybe they had a few scruples but they were also willing to shut down the government for Republican ends and they had more of a majority.
