Georgia would really, really help.

A two seat cushion would be nice, but 1 means Sinema and Manchin would have to band together to block stuff. They can’t trade off taking turns being the bad guy.

Also, less risk one of them will go all the way and switch parties giving the Repubs control again.

It’s not as high stakes as if we hadn’t already gotten the 50, and I think this makes it more likely we’ll win Georgia (I think Repugs are gonna be less motivated to hold their nose and vote for Walker if Senate control’s not at stake) but it is still an important race.

It’s strategically important, and also symbolically important because Walker is such a horrible and incompetent person that a Warnock loss would be an insult to the human spirit.
