I am happy and relieved that I live in a nation where Chuck Schumer and his party won a critical election, and Blake Masters lost.

It's obviously him, but it looks like an ad for Walther PPK or whoever made that silencer, and then someone added a Masters for Senate graphic on the end. There's no disclaimer at the end about the candidate approving of the message.
