(504 posts)but at the end of the day, they're just words and it's only a joke. I've been manic depressive my whole life and one thing I've learned above all else is NEVER lose your sense of humor!

(16,426 posts)I have a lifelong history of general depression, and my sister is bipolar, and that didn't even register as problematic with me.
I know the concern comes from a good place (ableism = ), but this one is a no issue, imo.

Maybe they will work out where they went wrong . . . backing a loser, buying the snake oil for whatever gain they thought would come their way . . . who knows, rebuilding your view of the world is such a personal thing.
But the process will be complete when they deny they ever voted the way they did.

Conversely, a weak leader is . . . well, someone like Joe Biden.
Working for the betterment of most Americans?

(1,845 posts)Could be erroneously thinking that they will keep more of their money. Possibly a total lack of understanding that when everyone has work, food, health care and a roof over their heads we all have better, safer lives.
