Would announcing that he seeks the nomination for President of the United States help to delay any important court cases or investigations?

I feel he will run in the hopes of running out the clock on some liabilities, and having the chance of pardons to his family, friends and himself.

from the 'Puke party infrastructure. Even this moron understands that a viable third party needs more than two years.
