Lame-duck goals for the democrats

Here's my summary of the main goals as I see them:

-- Raising or eliminating the debt ceiling (to prevent repugs from using the threat of a default for their various evil purposes)

-- Funding the government (the current stop-gap bill runs out on Dec. 16)

-- Enacting voting rights and electoral act reforms (to protect our democratic system from the fascists)

-- Confirming judges (not as urgent as it would be if we had lost the Senate)

-- Passing the marriage equality act

-- Protecting abortion rights

-- Permanently reversing the Trump tax cuts for the wealthy

-- Passing immigration reform, including the Dream Act

-- Insuring continued funding for Ukraine

-- Passing some version of student loan forgiveness

Yes I know that this is mostly a democratic wish list, and that some of them are longer-range goals. But it's extremely important to get those at the top of the list done during the lame-duck.

I honestly believe that only marriage equality has a chance to pass before the repukes take over. But that's just my opinion.

If their fighting gets real fierce, they may sign on to repealing the second amendment, those who are left standing.

Can we sneak in single-payer universal medical, dental and eye care, (free for seniors), voting rights act, reproductive and marriage freedom, prohibition of gerrymandering, equal-time fairness act for cable, radio and internet news, campaign financing reform (think of the billions), minimum taxes on the rich, closing loopholes the size of Asia, repealing taxes on social security income and IRAs, doubling the size of the extreme court, reforms helping with housing costs and rents, codifying separation of church and state, repeal of the dystopian "Citizens United", abolishing the need for "health insurance", the cruelest ruse played on Americans, prohibition of assault weapons, serialization of all ammunition, vastly increasing the V.A. and decreasing its limitations, and legalizing certain substances, giving them away free to seniors, who have lived through way too much of this horseshit called "unbridled capitalism". ?????

Not asking much, but when they aren't looking, can we sneak these by?

I knew that I had probably overlooked some important goals, but didn't expect that it would be this many.

Out of all of them, I think that the debt limit and voting system protections are the two most urgent matters for the lame duck.
