Was TFG on downers last night?

I watched a few minutes of his announcement speech last night (then turned back to my western movie),
and he seemed to be speaking slowly and with difficulty. Not his usual fired up outrage. In the short time I
watched, everything he said was a lie. He said that in a hundred years, that oceans might rise one eighth of
an inch. Etc, etc. I can't believe that people applauded. He'll go nowhere. Then back to my western movie,
where the good guys always win.

4. He was definitely reading off the teleprompter. Not that most politicians don't also, but TFG seems

clumsy about it, so obvious when he turns from side to side and needs to refocus and find his place.
Speaking so slowly, what does he say? 'Low energy'.

14. Was watching with my wife. I burst into a 10 minute laughter when

he made that 1/8 of an inch remark. I don't know why that tickled me so much, but it did.
