Another day, another maximalist reading of the 2nd Am.
This court, like one other so far, says the 2A forbids govt from barring receipt of a gun while a person is under felony indictment.
It says *10* historical laws isn't enough & even antebellum tradition can be too late.

Someone under Federal indictment for crimes committed AGAINST the United Sates CAN have access to guns in order to protect themselves against said country that indicted them in the first place?
Talk about being FUBAR.
