Just got a text message from the Nebraska GOP to help with the 2024 election! They also called and left a message while I was out of my truck! Gosh! Are they that worried about the next election?

their move now has to be to create chaos and unrest so they can claim Biden is failing.

They need riots and high prices, they need wedge issues cranked up even higher.

Peace, stability, prosperity are their nemesis.

4. The donation grifting business is year-round

My phone won't stop ringing from all the robo-dialers. It doesn't matter if we answer our phones or not. All we can do is keep blocking those numbers, and then they call from other numbers that haven't been blocked yet.

Also ... they don't give a shit about the next election. Most of the time it's not even Americans who are calling. All they want is the commission they earn from your donation.

5. And so are the text messages.

I’m being besieged. AGAIN. I know it’s an unfortunate fact of life in these political times. But even though it’s from Democratic groups in my case, I’m just tapped out. And some groups I’ve never even heard of, before are swooping down into my inbox.

Hey, I’d love to be Lady Bountiful but I’m tapped out. And they just keep on coming. It’s annoying as can be. Maybe their research shows if they keep banging on your door over and over multiple times a day, for days and weeks on end, the odds improve that they’re gonna wear at least some resistance down. Mine will remain up.

I will contribute in other ways than financially.
