Boebert has declared she is the winner.

(15,018 posts)After the ballot curing period (ended on Wednesday) she was up by about 500, from what I saw (wasn't following closely). That is within the automatic/statutory recount window.
She's probably going to win, it seems.

I updated my thread just now based on latest.

or see the following:
**Latest Boebert v Frisch: State of the race, SOS: 551 Boebert lead w 26/27 counties finalized**
Updated again at 8:25 PM MT
A difference of 0.16% Recount is all but a certainty, especially if, as Denver Post is reporting, the remaining county, Moffatt, has only 25 votes (due to be reported Fri AM). Sigh... I had REALLY hoped Boebert would be behind going into a recount.
UPDATE 6:32 PM. Denver Post is reporting that only one county remains (not sure why SOS does not reflect that) and that county (Moffatt) has stated they only have 25 votes to update. So that says Boebert will keep her lead and this will go to a recount. Damn.... how disappointing.

The straggling tallies reported by election clerks in Mesa, Pueblo and other counties on Thursday came from ballots mailed by Colorado voters outside of the state, which could be counted so long as they arrived by 11:59 p.m. Wednesday. Ballots requiring additional signature verification could be counted until then as well.
