How implicated is Kevin McCarthy in the Jan. 6th Insurrection?

I'm just wondering if he just managed to protect himself from further scrutiny now that his new leadership will ensure that the Jan. 6th committee has an expiration date?

I guess I know the answer to my own question. If Garland drops the ball, this is all over.

3. The rumors were that McCarthy tried to get calls through to the White House

... and Chump refused to take his calls. Somehow he got a call through to Ivanka (?) or maybe Jared and begged them to get Chump to call it off. That's the story that got out a day or two after the insurrection. Don't know how true that is, but that's the rumor.

I think he was actually in favor of the 2nd impeachment, until Chump got McCarthy to visit him at Mar-A-Lago. Then after a round of golf he was all smiles and good-buddies again.

5. One can't help but hope that the copy was among

the boxes of documents confiscated by DOJ when they served their warrant at Merde a Lardo. Got to wonder how much of Trump's Russian and other kompromat got seized. Talk about a giant can of worms that possibly was opened up.
