Special Counsel for DOJ Trump investigations to be named at 2:15. CNN Jack Smith is it.

Served with the ICC. Hague. Prosecuter in the USA. Been career for 30 years. So he is in his early to late 50s or early 60s.

White House had no idea this was happening
