Gabby Giffords... how many survivors of mass shootings are just like her... but who we never see?

There is focus on the victims of shootings and their families initially, but we never hear a lot of details about the people who were injured.

I was just thinking this because there is a special on CNN about Gabby Giffords tonight. She has made a remarkable recovery. But just wondered how many other survivors there must be whose lives are forever changed. It's a huge club.
