There are wide variety of them, and many of them are pretty interesting. I have multiple professors who include various ones as supplemental, for-your-edification materials within lectures.

An amusing, but also pretty useful one I enjoyed recently is Death by PowerPoint.

I've seen a bunch on microbiomes for my microbiology class. I enjoyed this one on quorum sensing in bacteria:

I'm an avid reader with a curious mind. We should always be learning. I've gotten a lot out of Ted Talks over the years. They're rarely terribly in depth, but they can point you in a direction to do further reading on topics yourself, oftentimes topics it never crossed your mind to explore.

I dig em.

Some universities have put their entire course catalog online in the form of videos.

Covid came to visit and hit the three of us one at a time so for a good portion of two weeks we have all isolated. It is taking forever to leave but at least everyone in the house has it now so we can actually be in the same room together. The news and world tragedy report was too much for me so YouTube and Ted talks help pass the time.

.

Perhaps they came back to their roots, as I stopped watching them years ago.

While there are a few gems out there, it you watch the subtexts of many, they are slick Tony Robbins packages.

Unless someone is able to refer me to a specific one that is of value, I consider them useless wastes of time.
