Gay club shooting suspect evaded Colorado’s red flag gun law (AP)

DENVER (AP) — A year and a half before he was arrested in the Colorado Springs gay nightclub shooting that left five people dead, Anderson Lee Aldrich allegedly threatened his mother with a homemade bomb, forcing neighbors in surrounding homes to evacuate while the bomb squad and crisis negotiators talked him into surrendering.

Yet despite that scare, there’s no public record that prosecutors moved forward with felony kidnapping and menacing charges against Aldrich, or that police or relatives tried to trigger Colorado’s “red flag” law that would have allowed authorities to seize the weapons and ammo the man’s mother says he had with him.

It's that law enforcement didn't follow through on poor misunderstood Anderson to take his bang-bangs away from him.

He is just a mixed up young (Fascist) boy in a mixed up liberal world. He will learn to calm down and blend in while quietly advancing the Fascist agenda and causes without being so noticed.

Conservative boys will be boys - they are so chock-full of energy and ambition,.. but he will mature, grow, and quiet down.

Give him room,.. give him space to grow - it will be a delight to have him become a foot soldier for right-wing causes.

Fascist police do not -Red Flag- Fascist young sociopaths when they are looked upon as future Charge d'affaires/future spokes people/ambassadors to extreme right-wing Fascist causes. With a give them space - let them blossom - back off - all will be just fine attitude. Giving Fascism a chance to march and carry on with a bright future.

Fuck - Red Flag Laws.

Yeah - AR-15s & AK-47s in the hands of deranged Fascists.

I cannot fathom why we don't enforce the gun laws on the books to the fullest. I see it in California daily. Felons with guns are released immediately. Prohibited persons, illegal guns, violent offenders... all released. Do we really care about public safety? Doesn't seem like it when existing laws are never enforced.

He should have lost those guns and never had the opportunity for any further gun crimes.
