About two-thirds said they were more likely to back a candidate who supports shielding Medicare from budget cuts and allowing the government program to negotiate for lower prescription drug prices.
So why are they backing Walker? Doesnt make sense

If people see favorable polls they might think it is in the bag and not bother.
Better to just believe it is going to be very close and every vote counts.
