He's been playing the game in Congress for years. He knows the back and forth. He's grown and changed.

He watched all that happened with great plans Barrack Obama had that the repugs pissed all over.


SEEMS like what he's learned over the years caused him to hit the ground running and just keeps "getting it done" whatever it is that needs doing.


He's not asking permission, he's doing it and if someone doesn't like it, asking forgiveness, with a cheeky smile.
