https://www.thedailybeast.com/kanye-west-storms-out-of-interview-after-tim-pool-lightly-defends-jewsRahm Emanuel was right next to Obama, and then Jared Kushner was right next to Trump, Ye added, ending with a da-da! musical flourish to punctuate his antisemitic talking point about Jews being puppet masters.
During a brief pause in his near-monologue, Pool told Ye, I think theyve been extremely unfair to you. When asked by Ye to clarify who he meant by they, Pool replied: The corporate press. That didnt satisfy Ye. Who is they, though? he shot back. As Pool stammered, one of the evenings other guests chimed in: Nick Fuentes, the 23-year-old white nationalist and Holocaust denier, who had taken on an undefined role in Yes largely theoretical 2024 presidential campaign. It is them, though, isnt it? Fuentes said, again referring to Jewish people.
Evidently, because Pool refused to play into one of the oldest antisemitic tropes around, Ye considered it a bridge too far. Before Pool could get another word in edgewise, West rose from out of his chair and silently marched out of the studio.

(23,420 posts)Tim Pools YouTube comments are full of denunciations of him for not having friendly anti-Semitic dialogue.
It seems like anti-Semitism will be the defining theme of Trumps candidacy. Trumps friend Kanye West is a campaign surrogate. For this faction, their fixation on trans people or BLM is a sideshow compared with who they see as the real enemy.

(53,959 posts)As troubling as his bullshit is, it is almost as problematic as those liberals/progressives who just want to put their fingers in their ears and go "la-la-la, I can't hear you!". His anti-Semitism should always be discussed, not ignored. I can tell you, with a great deal of certainty, that his anti-Semitism is being heard by MILLIONS of people and if we do nothing, say nothing, or refuse to acknowledge it, then it will boil over.
This stuck out to me: "Rahm Emanuel was right next to Obama, and then Jared Kushner was right next to Trump,. Why? Because i have witnessed SEVERAL people on the left saying the same fucking thing! Anti-Semitism is anti-Semitism. It can range from killing Jews in a house of whorship, to calling us "kikes", to not hiring us, to shit like the above, implying Jews are secretly (or not so secretly) pulling the strings. "Jews will not replace us!" is not the only form of anti-Semitism that exists!
