Why do CA, Or, and WA show blue with 0% reporting?

I have no doubt that we on the west coast will go blue, of course. Is it already blue based on polling and the obvious outcome? Our polls are still open for another 2.5 hours, and I kinda wanted more suspense, also known as time to have dinner before champagne
