Weird question for tech people.

I uploaded an app for Zen people. I'm a Zen person. It has a singing bowl sound that bongs every 15 minutes. The gong is supposed to remind you to come back to the present.

I got sick of the gong going off every 15 minutes so I unsubscribed the app. It's gone from my app list and it's gone from the list of apps on my home page.

And the bonging is still bonging.

What do I need to do to erase it?

merely a projection and really is simply an illusion. An annoying illusion but it is neither good or bad and is simply another lesson to be learned.

llong term. It does bring me back to the present because I want to smash my phone which is very non Zen like.

It's kind of like Chinese water torture. One bong at a time.

Dec 2022

It may be that this app installed an alarm that triggers every 15 minutes with a custom chime (the gong). You wil find that under clock. Look for an alarm that is for everyday, repeating forever with a 15 minute snooze and a custom ringer.

If it's the same tone each time, it keeps you stuck in that level. Example: The bowls are tuned to different chakra vibrations, each chakra having a unique tone. A full set of bowls would include one for each chakra, each would be a different size and tone quality to align with the chakra. So if the bonging is only one note, it is containing your focus on one chakra. No wonder it's annoying.
