Musk teased an "awesome" 5pm ET revelation of Twitter suppressing Hunter Biden laptop story

He tweeted about this hours ago, missed his own announced deadline, and about 20 minutes after he missed it, tweeted that they were "double-checking some facts.". And said he'd start live tweeting the story about 6 pm ET.

Then he missed that self-imposed deadline.

So he didn't have facts to back up his teasing this story, still doesn't have the facts, but he wants everyone to know the "facts" we should believe he'll have will be awesome.

Once he gets through checking the facts, since he hadn't checked them earlier.

to the general audience.
If Twitter (before) suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop story as claimed, so much in fact that it tilted an election, why did everyone know about it anyway? I find these claims to be ridiculous.
I find this entire thing bizarre. Twitter always has been mostly a pile of bullcrap and littered with garbage, now it just stinks a little more than it used to.

What all of these people forget, in my opinion, is just how competitive the media is. The person who gets the scoop gets the $$$$. That’s how it works. So “suppression” confuses me.

And so far this slowly tweeted story is that Twitter staffers were concerned that what was supposedly Hunter's laptop had been hacked and was disinformation. And they erred, if they erred, on the side of caution. Oh, so scandalous!
