Rep. Fred Upton (R-Michigan) won K'zoo County by only 8 votes

Article says 11, but apparently after the recount it was 8.

WOW. Upton always wins by a huge margin. This shouldn't even have been close. Wow. Things are changing. I don't care if the news folks are calling this a status quo election. Things are definitely changing.

(He won election in all by a somewhat wider margin but still very close for him -edited to reflect that.)
