My projection on the House: 235 R, 200 D. (+10 D)


I just based it on who was leading in the vote count as of 11am today, using the NYTimes.com website. There are officially 12 races that haven't been decided - I gave 9 to the Dems, just 3 to the Repugs.

1. Yeah, MSNBC is predicting 237-198, but I like yours better (of course). We'll see. The House

is the ONLY area where I'm disappointed in this election, and even there, we got rid of some real scumbags, such as Joe Walsh, and ALMOST (dammit!) got rid of Bachmann.

3. It's the redistricting that limits movement. I'd like to see a national vote tally of house races...

I bet you Dem candidates actually got more votes nationwide than Repugs, which would be strong evidence that many districts have been gerrymandered in favor of Repugs.

New York Times has Dems at 195 with 7 races still left undecided. Of those 7, Dems are leading in 6...
