I was scanning through my radio dial and just heard the last two sentences of Rusty Limbo's show.

I never listen to this bigot so it was not on purpose. I didn't even have to listen to his whole show to know everything he talked about. He is the epitome of the simple and ignorant catering to the simply ignorant. His cowardly modus operandi is apparently profitable. He said, "Just remember. It's hard to vote against Santa Claus." He is an evil cowardly piece of excrement who uses code words to denigrate people less fortunate than he is.

I know these things but because I haven't listened to him for so many years the impact of his bigotry hits you like a brick when you do listen.

You don't have to explain.

We've all been a captive audience of the Walrus before at some point. Funny thing is: the guy doesn't really believe most of what he says.

I know him. He's a food and drug addicted sex addict.

How the Public Prosecutor down here let him off on those two, completely separate controlled substance violations is a "mystery" and a separate scandal altogether.

A some point, perhaps sooner than we might imagine, his brand will fade. Maybe old white people will get tired of being scared all the time and simply refuse to be whipped into a right-wing, conspiracy theory fueled frenzy on command. Maybe after this election they'll be a little less inclined to believe everything they watch on Faux News and start to respect science and pay a little more attention to reality. Maybe they'll now start to realize just how badly they've been played for the narrow interests of a privileged few.
