Your guess? Fox settles or trial proceeds?

I’m guessing Fox settles before the trial starts. I get no points if they settle shortly after it starts. I could be proved wrong by the time I wake up in the morning. But if I’m right, I’m day drinking tomorrow.

What’s your guess? (And what do you win if you’re right)?

I would imagine any settlement before trial has to include vociferous on air apologies.

3. My guess is they will offer and Dominion will tell them to pound sand.

They already lied to the judge about Murdoch’s role at Fox. Whatever they agree to in a settlement would have to be enforced. That would mean going to court over and over and over.

much for Fox to swallow. They’re not willing to be publicly contrite. Am thinking, hoping, Dominion is Lucy with the football.
