With Applebees and Papajohns it's one thing if franchisees are doing this but even worse if this is coming down from corporate. Are the two ownedby the same company? Obviously we have to organize a major boycott and lots of negative publicity.

The former owner of Domino's who thought that he had business inside women's bodies; Herman Cain and now Papa John.

Glad I've never had any pizza from any of them. Hope that Papa Murphy is different.

now on rather than spend another dime at their store which is right next door to my office.

I basically said shame on them, and that when the poor had nothing left to eat they would eat the rich, and that I wouldn't lift a finger to stop them.

Although I'm sure there are some companies using this as an excuse for laying off people I think most of it is just a temper tantrum to try and show they have the power to do anything they want no matter what democracy dictates.

In other words "If I can't play the game my way then I'm taking my toys and going home" (even if it does hurt them as much if not more than anyone else).

I really hope Obama can get his jobs bill through to start employing people and jump start the economy again. Then there won't be so many out of work people lunging to work at any job whether part time or not.

It isn't about whether he can pull a good profit. It's about whether he can have an obscene profit.

There are far too many great locals who deserve your business. Go Blue if you can and research whether your local biz is Democratically leaning.
