Republicans have declared war on public safety and we have a daily body count to prove it

Along with the daily body count are the survivors, police, emergency workers, and others who can’t help but be traumatized by the carnage and the cleanup. They are the invisible victims.

3. This is only one area where the Donor class screws us.

The Donor class controls our politicians and our media. The media is the recipient of all of the campaign money spent. Their ad dollars also help to control the messaging that goes out. There is a reason the majority of Americans support some form of gun reform, climate change, immigration reform, education…. And yet we never get it. But hey, they get tax breaks for the wealthiest all of the time.

When will we focus on this root cause of most of our problems?
