Celebrating our new Plano ISD School Board Trustees Katherine Chan Goodwin and Tarrah Lantz and Michael Cook (not pictured) local elections matter, and here in Plano we were able to defeat 3 far right extremists who were obsessed w things like “CRT”, bathrooms, & banning books.

1. Yes, and the candidates recommended by the Democratic party

also won in next-door Frisco ISD. One right wing incumbent on the Collin College board lost outright and two others are going to runoff and they were not in the lead in their races.

I was very surprised and it would probably would have been a bigger news story here but that was the same day as the mass shooting in nearby Allen.

2. Fascism For The Loss!

Good for them. Voters recognized the fascist book banning nutcases and voted. Other elections need to look at what worked here and repeat it.
