She already had to wait YEARS for justice on this. Since she already jumped through every legal hoop, no matter how absurd or abusive of the system it was, she doesn't have to go ALL the way back to square 1, does she? Since she's already definitively proven her case in a court of law, can the judge simply rule on this new defamation immediately?
