The Republicans already cast doubt on her initial claim of the deadline being June 1st.
Now she's moving it to the 5th. It makes it look arbitrary.

she's always said that we could likely go a few days beyond the 1st but not much more - she's specifically said that June 15th would almost certainly be too late. Given the stakes involved, I don't see a big problem with being very slightly conservative with a date estimate.
