is that they probably wouldn't steal and sell classified documents or foment insurrection. Being better than TFG is a very, very low bar.

a lot of pushback. I missed Hutchison segment.

At first I thought Ali was giving Kasich too much time, but otoh Kasich was revealed as the aggressive, interrupting
creep that he is. The same simplistic, trickle-down rants we've been hearing for decades.
Why the hell MSNBC has Kasich as a hired pundit is beyond me.

The Democratic Party is somewhere to the right of Nixon's policies. The "extremist wing" of the Democratic Party dares to suggest that FDR was on the right track.

Such is the state of the United States.

We're a big tent. Joe Manchin, for instance, is fairly conservative. But we're lucky to have a Democratic senator in West Virginia.

My point was not to criticize the Democratic Party. I'm a staunch, life-long Democrat. I think Joe Biden is doing a great job, all things considered. I give him an A-, probably the best grade I'd give any president in my lifetime. (Ok, Barack Obama gets an A- too.)

My point is that the whole country has been shifted to the right by Fox News, hate radio, and the right-wing crap on the internet. It's been 50 years of pushing us to the right through propaganda.

We need to elect more Democrats and take back the country. It can be done.

far right wingnuts.

Keep that in mind. That Overton window? It's all the way to the edge and ready to topple off.

Blanket statements are rarely, if ever, accurate, though we sure do throw them around a lot around here.

All lumping them all together does is make us look ignorant. It's also why we often misinterpret how to best counter them on local and state levels or in purple/red-leaning House races.

If they were all the same, there wouldn't be a civil war going on in the party right now. If they're all the same, explain why Reps like Don Bacon (representing a district Biden won) are trying to put together a faction of Republicans to counter the Freedom Caucus, and the FC is freaking out about it.

Stereotypes are silly, regardless of the source. All they do is make it look like we can't comprehend nuance.
