On Sunday night, a high rise apartment partially collapsed in Davenport. Rescue teams were working to get the residents out of the building. No reports of how many people were trapped or injured.

But impactful to the community. Our local bowling alley burnt to the ground. Only two weeks after a historic apartment building was destroyed by fire. No injuries in either, although people from the apartment building lost everything and some pets.

From the photos, it looks like the trestle collapsed. Maybe the rail companies should maintain their lines.
