Was this Petraus scandal the one that was hinted at as an October surprise

by Drudge? during the campaign? I'm vaguely remembering some promised bombshell about a sex scandal that never really seemed to materialize and was assumed to have something to do with Romney's testimony in some divorce trial that Allred was chasing. I'm thinking the Petraus blew up in a way not anticipated and the Allred client concerns were just coincidental.
