Companies laying off employees and cutting on working hours just because they refuyse to adapt and allow employees to have healthcare will significantly hurt their bottom line and give their competitors to produce more and eventually knock them out of contention. We should identify and support companies that value their employees as much as their profits. Obamacare helps companies save a lot on healthcare because of the many prevetatve provisions in it in the long term and you would have to be a short sighted, fox-brainwashed nut to thinkl it will hurt your profits.

It's a good one to counter wingnuts with.
My husband loves loves love this statement:
Overall, about 71% of firms with 10 to 24 employees offered health insurance in 2011, compared with 77% in 2001, according to a 2011 Kaiser Family Foundation survey. Of firms with three to nine workers, just 48% offered insurance in 2011, compared with 58% in 2001.
It's completely possible to offer health insurance and not hurt your bottom line . . . IF you are an ethical business person with a concept of a healthy worker is a happy worker held close to your heart.
He can't wait for that tax deduction for having done the right thing to kick in.

Not to mention what the loss of jobs is going to do in his community when the ripple effect takes place.
